Food Safety

Day 3: In this lesson, students will learn about food safety, including how to wash their hands, how to cook food properly, and how to avoid cross contamination.

Day 4

Nutrition

Day 4: In this lesson, students will learn about nutrition, including the different food groups, the recommended daily intake of each food group, and how to make healthy choices when eating.

Day 5

Meal Planning

Day 5: In this lesson, students will learn about meal planning, including how to create a grocery list, how to plan ahead for meals, and how to save money on groceries.
