When Toni and her husband, Chad, opened their restaurant 4 years ago, they had no idea it would turn into what it has. The small catering business quickly grew into a full-fledged restaurant with a loyal following. The business has been a constant challenge and learning experience, but they wouldn't have it any other way.
As the restaurant continues to grow, Toni has had to hire more staff and invest in more equipment to keep up with the demand. However, she still enjoys working with her team and seeing the smiles on their faces when they're able to

The Brixton is a new restaurant opening in 2019 that focuses on British cuisine. It will have a bar area with TVs and a dining area with seats for around 50 people. The Brixton will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
